OSU-Stillwater Information Technology Helpdesk
The OSU-Stillwater IT Helpdesk provides a wide variety of services to all students, faculty and staff of Oklahoma State University.
In conjunction with telephone support, in-house software/diagnostic services are available by appointment only for personally owned
computers. Advanced services such as hardware repair are allocated solely for Oklahoma State University owned computers.
Non-appointment walk-in customers are welcome at the times listed below. Please be aware, however, that appointments for involved computer
diagnostics and repair are scheduled daily, and must be approved by a Deskside Support Technician prior to the customer's arrival.
