OSU-Stillwater Information Technology Helpdesk

The OSU-Stillwater IT Helpdesk provides a wide variety of services to all students, faculty and staff of Oklahoma State University. In conjunction with telephone support, in-house software/diagnostic services are available by appointment only for personally owned computers. Advanced services such as hardware repair are allocated solely for Oklahoma State University owned computers. Non-appointment walk-in customers are welcome at the times listed below. Please be aware, however, that appointments for involved computer diagnostics and repair are scheduled daily, and must be approved by a Deskside Support Technician prior to the customer's arrival.

The OSU IT Helpdesk may be closed on campus holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, etc. depending on availability.

 

ID Card Production

OSU ID Card

The IT Helpdesk houses the OSU-Stillwater ID Card Production office.

ID cards are produced in 421 Classroom Building between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday (excluding campus holidays).
